Youth of the Month Program
recognizes our members for their participation in programs and dedication to the Club. Each month members are recognized within each program area as a Youth of the Month nominee. All members can benefit from participation in this program, which promotes and celebrates service to Club, community and family; academic performance; moral character; life goals; and poise. This Year-round program fosters young people’s character, personal growth and leadership qualities. Overall nominees are selected based on these characteristics and invited to attend our Annual Youth of the Month Banquet, June of each year.

Maytag Dependable Leader

Dependable Leader Award

Through 15 years of involvement with the Club, Jack has become one of our most ardent mentors and dedicated role models, actively engaging in changing the lives of our youth.  Jack has run many anti-bullying programs, determined to making anti-bullying impact on Club members with a series of open and honest dialogue and discussions on the negative effects of being a bully and how not to be a victim of a bully. 

Most recently Jack started a “Snacks with Officer Jack” program which strives to help build trust with law enforcement while encouraging youth to maintain positive outlook and engagement with police.
