SUMMER PROGRAM

Summer Program Dates: July 6 - August 14

 Monday - Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm $95/week per child 

(includes one field trip per weekly field trip)


Our summer program provides a fun, structured environment where members participate in a variety of educational, recreational, and social activities. Each week features a new interactive, theme-based experience designed to keep participants engaged and excited. The program also includes a nutritious lunch and afternoon snack each day. Summer Day Program is offered to children entering 1st–8th grade in September. Must turn 6 on or before July 31 to enroll.

Extended Day: Additional $50/week (per child)

Early Drop-Off 8:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.  | Afternoon Pick-Up 3:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

The Extended Day Fee is an optional add-on and is set as a weekly rate. We do not offer a daily fee option.

Adding Extended Day after enrollment is subject to space and availability.


Summer Program Grouping:  Members are grouped based on their rising grade levels for Fall 2026.

Juniors:1st & 2nd Graders | 3rd & 4th Graders | Seniors: 5th & 6th Graders | 7th & 8th Graders

Summer 2026 Club Registration
Tuesday, March 17th at 10:00am for
returning families.*

Tuesday, March 31st at 10:00am for new families.*


*Returning families: Any family who was enrolled in our summer 2025 program and/or school year 25/26 program.


Please note that enrollment is limited and may be filled by returning families before registration opens to the community.


Summer Day Program Weekly Fee: $95/week (per child), 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.  *set rate- regardless of the number of days a member participates in the weekly program*


Extended Care: Additional $50/week (per child), includes Early Drop Off 8:30 - 9:00 a.m. and Late Pick-Up 3:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.


Weekly Summer Program fees include: Club shirt (1), Club Card (1), Field Trips, brain gain enrichment, special activities, guest speakers.


Field Trips: All members attending a field trip are required to follow Club rules in addition to all rules of the establishment being visited. Members are provided a Club t-shirt to wear on field trips. Club Field Trip shirts must be worn at all times to safely identify Club members.


Payments: Membership Fee and Program Deposits are required at sign up and are non-refundable/non-transferable. Payments are due in Full by May 15 or child's spot will be released.


Registration Deposit:  Membership Fee + $20 non-refundable deposit per week, per child is required at registration.


Summer Refund Policy: Refund requests for Summer Day Program must be submitted in writing to info@glencovebgc.org. At least 10 business days prior to the start of program. A $25 administrative fee will be applied to all approved refunds. No refunds or credits will be issued with less than 5 days’ notice, unless due to a medical reason with a doctor’s note. We do not offer refunds or credits for missed or unused days. Please allow up to 30 days for refund processing. Membership fees and deposits are non-refundable.

Annual Membership Cost: $75.00 Valid July 1 - June 30.


All youth must maintain an active general membership to participate in programs at our Clubhouse. If your child is not a current member or membership has expired, please register now.


You must be members of the Club to register for summer program. If you do NOT have a current active membership, please register below. Please note, completing membership form does not guarantee summer enrollment.

After-School Snack Program


Our After-school Snack program will help keep kids on track to success. It is our dedication to provide our members with a fresh, well-balanced meal. Club members to adopt healthy eating in conjunction with our Triple Play Healthy Habits Curriculum and provided with a daily snack upon their arrival from school. Snack may consist of the following: fresh fruit, cut vegetables, sandwich, milk, or self stable healthy alternative.
