Summer Program Dates: July 7 - August 15

Glen Cove Boys & Girls Club offers convenient summer programming to youth Grades 1-8, M-F 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Our Summer Program provides full-day child care and an array of activities including including art, recreation games, sports, enrichment and weekly theme -based events.


Children must be 6 years old to attend summer program.

Current membership is required to register for summer program. After your membership status is verified, you can then register for summer program.

Registration Dates


Registration for returning families - Thursday, March 21, 2024

Registration for new families - Monday, April 8, 2024


  • "Returning families" are defined as families enrolled in the GCBGC 2023-2024 School Year and/or GCBGC 2023 Summer Program.
  • "New Families" are defined as families that have never enrolled in the GCBGC program or were enrolled prior to the GCBGC 2023-2024 School Year.

SUMMER PROGRAM FEES

Summer Day Camp Weekly Fee: $95/week (per child), 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.  *set rate- regardless of the number of days a member participates in the weekly program*


Extended Care: $125/week (per child), includes Early Drop Off 8:30 - 9:00 a.m. and Late Pick-Up 3:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.


Weekly Summer Program fees include: Club shirt (1), Club Card (1), Field Trips, brain gain enrichment, special activities, guest speakers.


Field Trips: All members attending a field trip are required to follow Club rules in addition to all rules of the establishment being visited. Members are provided a Club t-shirt to wear on field trips. Club Field Trip shirts must be work at all times to safely identify Club members.


Payments: Membership Fee and Program Deposits are required at sign up and are non-refundable/non-transferable. Payments are due in Full by Friday, May 31, or child's spot will be released.

  • Membership $70 + Non-Extended Deposit = $260 deposit due at sign up.
  • Membership $70 + Extended  Deposit = $320 deposit due at sign up

All youth must maintain an active general membership to participate in programs at our Clubhouse. If your child is not a current member or membership has expired, please register now.

Annual Membership Rate:$70.00 (Valid July - June)

Memberships are not refundable.


You must be members of the Club to register for summer program. If you do NOT have a current active membership, please register below. Please note, completing membership form does not guarantee summer enrollment.

After-School Snack Program

Our After-school Snack program will help keep kids on track to success. It is our dedication to provide our members with a fresh, well-balanced meal. Club members to adopt healthy eating in conjunction with our Triple Play Healthy Habits Curriculum and provided with a daily snack upon their arrival from school. Snack may consist of the following: fresh fruit, cut vegetables, sandwich, milk, or self stable healthy alternative.
